Snack time!!  I find that snacking regularly helps to control hunger between meals and also stops blood sugar spikes.  Of course, as long as what you’re eating is good for you.  I’ve compiled a couple of my favorites that you can make easily at home.  Things such as energy bars, veggie dishes, and maybe a few indulgent bites as well!
