Smoothies

I try to make a smoothie for breakfast every morning, and these are some of my favorites!  They’re simple, filling, and very nutritious!  For most recipes I just add all the ingredients into the blender and let it rip.  Some people may not own a Vitamix type blender, but that is totally fine.  Mine is a Kitchen Aid from Bed Bath & Beyond for $99 and it does the job!
